I miss you Roi, First time I heard you was in 95', I thought the music was different and I wasnt paying much attention I was too caught up in the (act of being at a concert for the sake of being at a concert) until I heard Warehouse and thats when the addiction started. I can still remember the first time i heard DMB play, "Crash into me"...one of the best songs i've ever heard, i must have been 4 years old when i heard that, 10 years later still so vivid in my head i was once again introduced to it by my father. I'm so touched by "Funny the way it is". Leroi, your music changed the way I felt about music. I believed that only rap existed and i was addicted to those beats, but when I was introduced to DMB my freshman year of high school, the sax addicted me to the music. It was a new sound, and it pulled me into the music faster than anything. Leroi your music will influence my life forever. We will all miss you, you had so much more left to do.
