really miss him, his sound, his light presence on stage. he could (always make me) shed some tears with his tender sound while at the same time he could play so powerful and loud.
im very happy to have seen him play quite a bit.
It sounds like alot of fun, to go to several concerts a year....I'd love to do that too, someday......................KL
Looking forward to the concert in DC, but missing the sound of LeRoi.....I know he is playing with the best in heaven!!
I have the same CD (one of my favorite ones). I'm going to the concert in DC as well.....It just won't be the same w/out Leroi. Missing his magic so much!

I never got the chance to see him live, and that makes me very sad. He was a fantastic musician. I do love Jeff too. Two of the best saxophonists ever.
Just went to the concert at Hershey Park, Hershey PA on Friday nite, July 9, and it was outstanding, as usual,

Vicky - I feel exactly the same way. Since his passing, I go into the shows thinking of DMB as a different band. It's just a head game I play so I don't end up too sad and can still enjoy the show as much as ever.
LeRoi will always be missed.
